Do This In Memory: The next mass is on Sunday the 24th of February at 10.30am.
First Confession: took place on Thursday 7th Feb at 7 pm. Many thanks to all who attended for making it such a spiritual occasion. Also míle buíochas to the parents association volunteers who helped out on the night.
Tracksuit day for this term is Thursday and Friday.

Pancake Tuesday

There was a pancake party in school today. The pancakes were delicious! This year it was in aid of the Childrens Leukaemia Association, which is a charity based in Cork which supports families whose children suffer from Leukaemia, Cancer or other serious blood disorders. Thanks to all of the boys for their very generous donations.

Bully Free Zone

This week saw the boys participate in anti-bullying week. Feel free to call in to see our bully proof vests! The boys had some fantastic suggestions for how to combat bullying in our school. Their advice was to be confident, buddy up and ask for help. It is also very important to remember that every child is equal and we should all be kind to one-another! On Friday we all wore dark clothes to show our united stand
against bullying behaviour!

Make a change!

The message this week was to be strong and stand up to bullys! We decided to put our bully proof vests on and not let bullys get to us! If we all decide to work together we can make Scoil Mhuire Naofa an even happier place to go to school! Don't forget that if someone is upsetting you it is important to be confident, tell them to stop, ask for help and to tell the teacher!
